some days ago i ate fresh asparagus mediterranean/italian style - you really have to try it! just cook the green asparagus for 10 to 15 minutes and then spread parmigano and a bit of olive oil on it - so delicious! and much more healthy than sauce hollandaise :) in addition i made fried mashed potato balls with almonds and grilled coiled sausages.
